Returns & Refund Policy

At OnLok, we want you to be stoked with your purchase. This policy explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our process for returns, exchanges and refunds.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:
- is faulty or has a manufacturing defect;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from its description or images;
- is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- does not meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL.
Where the problem is considered a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
Where the problem is minor, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you change your mind.
While we are not required to accept change of mind returns under Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- the item is unused and unworn;
- all original tags and packaging are intact;
- the item is in resalable condition; and
- proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change of mind returns.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for:
- items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery;
- products damaged through misuse, accidents or improper care;
- gift cards; or
- clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us assess your claim, please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photographs of the product.
We may ask that the item be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.
If your claim is approved, we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.
Skateboard Products
Skateboards and skateboard components are designed for use in a high-impact sport and naturally experience wear over time.
Normal wear and tear, scratches, chipped graphics, worn grip tape, wheel wear, bearing wear and damage caused by tricks, impacts or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.
If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Where approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
