Thank you for shopping with OnLok.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can get back to skating.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During new product launches, sales periods or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently not available.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Delayed Deliveries
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier or postal service disruptions;
- severe weather or natural disasters;
- customs processing;
- public holidays; or
- other events beyond our reasonable control.
If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier's investigation.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:
- the packaging;
- the shipping label; and
- the damaged item(s).
If your parcel is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can lodge an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
Authority to Leave
If you select or authorise "Authority to Leave", your parcel may be left unattended at the delivery address.
Once the parcel has been delivered in accordance with your authority, OnLok is not responsible for any loss or theft from the delivery location.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available for dispatch.
Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to manufacturing or freight delays.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
